if copart have it then they have you your policy will usually say that in a claim where you are at fault you lose all rights to the salvage, only sign if you wish to be bound to these terms this is why copart is so busy keep negotiating

Was the accident your fault? It does make a difference in terms of your options and getting the most back.

Great event, massive place although it didn't feel busy as Silverstone but I think its purely due to its enormous size and lots of space around every stand ! Thoroughly enjoyed it , lots to take in interesting workshops , although I couldn't get to them all ,Great speaks/panel - Q& A Sessions that I manged to listen to. Also great to meet so many dealers face to face, some I've never met and others just to catch up, the BIG bonus was the number of independent dealers that signed up for the IMDA!

Got a customer who has clearly taken leave of their senses and wants a Smart Car, the funny two seater thing. Looking at around 3k to buy in, apart from making sure they have not been used to deliver Pizzas in, is there anything else I need to know and look out for? Diolch.

They're not everybody's cup of tea but I love those old Chapman Lotus's. I've owned loads of them, back in the 80s nobody wanted them or understood them, so if you knew what you were buying, bargains. Until the prices went mental and the Japanese starting buying everything. Even I sold a car away to Tokyo!

Every single one a Mini We do really well with complaints, i.e we get very few. I'm of the opinion, if it goes wrong, we put it right and we've only had 1 proper screamer in 2 1/2 years and that was on a 110,000 mile VW Beetle. We stopped selling px's after that and concentrated on selling the best stock we can get. So far so good!

I quite enjoy spotting daily drive classics (get a lot here in London), annoys the hell out of my daughter with me saying "hey, I had one of those". But I tend to avoid classic car shows, mostly because of the people. I still can't get over the Lotus Cortina being over 50yrs old, where does the time go?
