1 pointGood topic. I'm Mike. Been in the trade since the early '90s. Two divorces and I've been a single parent for nearly 20yrs, which has been more of a struggle than work to be fair. Working from home these days, given up empire building I've often wondered if this forum needs a 'lounge' or 'off topic' for socialising.

1 pointoddly enough i no longer hold any interest in cars these days so what ever is floating around that is taxed and has fuel, back in the day when they where giving money away like sweets had some lovely cars these days rather see the money sitting in a property than a car.

1 pointfirst rule never advertise anything until its had its full appraisal theres no way you can price it correctly until then because otherwise it ends up too cheap or too dear just my two pennorth of 40 years experiance
