I have a similar unit at the moment without code, did you take the unit out or input the pin incorrectly to get the serial number?

Hi- no, you don't need to take it out.  If you just get the unit to lock temporarily by inputting the wrong code, it gives you three sets of numbers.

I just took a picture of them and sent it to the decode bloke. That's all he needed.
