Private section - who is responsible so I can access it?

Hi folks,

Emailed the address on the page and sent my trade policy details twice with no response, can anyone else advise as I notice admin aren't on often so don't want to keep forgetting to chase this up.

I must of caught them on a slack day - it took about 2 hours for me. I’m sure they’ll get around to it in good time - I guess the magazine takes precedence over the forum.

If you look at the menu bar at the top there is a staff section. I would just personal message one of them....

I don't know why you have not heard back, this should normally be sorted within 24 hours. If you send over a copy of your trade policy and user ID details to admin@blackballmedia.co.uk I will ask the team to sort this for you
