And that's brilliant and the kind of trader I would buy from but what if you could earn something from that experience?

The way I look at this is that people currently have only dishonest options here. You want to see if a car feels like you? Here's your options:

    1) Pretend to be a buyer. Make all the right noises, drive it around, then give a lame excuse like 'I've got a few others to see, mate'. Judging from this forum, most of you suffer from this.

    2) Taking without consent.

There appears to be no honest alternative that I know of.

think what you are looking for is enterprise rent a car....

are you a trader or collector?

if a collector go buy some old fords and collect the bits as they fall off

    if a trader then trade

we are here to sell not value..................:)

i think most of us have the fcuk it if it dont sell it can sit there attitude on some cars, but sitting there does them no good and costs in bits, ie battery dies, damp gets in electrics and money could have been earning, but we all do it.

  3. BCA and car dealers have a special deal with main dealers so if you buy it the warranty is extended to double the standard one, but it’s a big secret like being in the secret boys club with the funny handshake.... u need to go into main agents ask for service manager unbutton your shirt and squeeze your nipple while standing on one leg rubbing his face with other hand.... while chanting BCA BCA BCA...

  4. Need a bit of time to to sort some cash out as most of it gone for new stock.  Any advice how to drag this in time let say 3 weeks without any harm.

Do you really want the billy driving your car to destruction for next 3 weeks?? If he ain’t bothered bout watching temp gauge you run the risk of getting a bag of bits back.... get it back ASAP and I would advise asking him mileage then telling him to lock it up securely and not drive it... get it collected ASAP

  5. At the end of the day regardless of the fact that mini engines are chocolate and the private billy is a skint member he bought a car off a “professional”  (the judge would say because he does not understand cars.... we know it’s cus he can’t get Chucky to buy cheap off back street bob) if a fault occurred in 30 days only an unprofessional dealer would wriggle.... I would have got It back and inspected as soon as a complaint was made then if report said it was faulty it would have been fixed, we are meant to be the professionals here not ones who hide from our obligations, if I paid an electrician to do a job and it wasn’t right I would expect him to make it right cus I don’t understand electrics I wouldn’t be wanting to contribute when I had paid top dollar a month before... We all like a good profit but sometimes we get shit and we need to move on,,,, unless of course billy is taking the piss.

"Yes but it's depreciated further since the call! Lost £18,000 on day one so another £300 for several hours sounds possible. Send me your bank details and I will transfer my £50 deposit. I assume you will be happy to hold it for me until payday?"

It yours as long as you collect b4 8pm tonight

Your Bentley guy: can you not strap up for him for a personal loan? Zebra Finance will deal with this for example.

Do I really need him as a customer?? He Can’t find a dipper... who’s he gonna call when it needs tyres feeking Ghost busters?

  8. So local rag cocks up on price of a car that we advertised, should be £19995 and they put £1995, phone never stops and they were actually serious, one woman actually threatened me with trading standards if i didnt honour price!!! Then I had guy this week on a 2004 smart car wanted me to take it to Mercedes for inspection,,, i said no, so he arranges for RAC to come here and inspect it, nice RAC guy came but as he said the car is 14yr old and guy seems to be expecting the earth,,, he faults it on few bits,, so I have just got e mail off the "customer" who says "I will not be proceeding with the purchase of your smart car due to numerous faults (car was MOT,d Monday) I do obviously expect you to reimburse my £300 RAC inspection fee"  FFS,,, then to cap it all guy just e-mailed me on 99 Bentley Arnage at £20k I am prepared to purchase your car subject to inspection I will want finance over 5 years with nil deposit,,,, how the fcuk does he expect to run a Bentley if he cant find a dipper.... RANT OVER ITS FRIDAY I AM GOING TO GET PISSED,,, HAPPY WEEKEND FOLKS.

Yes it does, my GB40 was just under £100 but the GB70 is a heavier duty pack.

Maybe when you buy try it on a cheaper car, disconnect the battery completely and try to jump start just by attaching the NoCo to the cables / clamps. It has a little red button that you press for 3 seconds to override the "no battery found" protection. Should start up to 3.5l diesel, 5l petrol.

Well I bought the GB70 from Halfords and yes it’s a great bit of kit but like a typical kid in a candy store the £135 bargain cost a lot more... after an hour strolling round Halfords with a trade card my I phone got new leads, my pushbike got an upgrade and how the fcuk can BMW charge £18 for a piddly little touch up pen when a big fcuk off aersosol cost me less than a fiver... that’s before I got to the toolboxes that are half decent quality and ideal for if working on my motorbike in my lock up... I knew I should have just ordered the booster pack online.

I use the NoCo as featured in the video above and it's ideal because it's super light and you can charge it in a car on the way to collecting another car :-)

Coincidentally I just got an e mail off Halfords offering trade club discounts with what seem like good deals, the noco GB70 £135 incl vat,,, looks good value, any thoughts before i spend some hard earned?
