What if you use a VPN, whatever that’s is, does it make things safe like wearing a condominium?

Appears so.
I too share the view of keep calm and carry on. Probably because I’m riding solo with no debt or real need to sell a load to stand still perhaps?
those “stay at home cautious” individuals are usually the ones that moan at a creaking door latch and think they can excersize their right to Reject on day 30 because of it so I’m hardly going to miss out on their custom am i

We’ve sold 10+ in last couple years, 3.4/3.6 with no IMS issues pre or post sale.
Only big problem was getting a leggy 997 out of BCA with a big engine misfire, turned out to need just a couple engine sensors

It’s an obsolete model in the UK & the Sunderland plant has other cars.
Haven’t Nissan lost their way a little? How many of the latest angular (and giant) Micras have you seen?
Same, thought it was a Qashqai+2, totally pointless

You are 100% correct the way people search has changed, peoples demands are higher and they're a lot tighter with their money.
So I suppose we should look at this another way, ego and salesmanship aside how much does it cost on average to sell a car? Does it work on a percentage so higher value cars cost more to sell ?
Depends each month.
autoraper bill £1000 per month
sometimes sell 5 per month from it, £200 per sale
sometimes sell more, sometimes less

They are lying cheating con men, cars are generally patched up crap suitable for scrap, don't know how they live with themselves.
I’m not sure who’s worst, the seller or the buyer for buying a ‘patched up’ car in the first place

an essential check for me and many could be 3 things!
is the engine noisy
is the gearbox noisy
is the clutch slipping.
thats worth more than the F-ing £10er or whatever the (non)essential check costs

I’m hoping you listed the dent on the Pdi if you did one.
if you did a Pdi and the dents not listed, you can prove it wasn’t there at purchase. Winner

He carried out an inspection pre purchase? I’d have that plastered all over the paperwork.
It’s as good as sold as seen if so!
i love it when they inspect them and then still buy.

I do some security work for a well known guy down in Knightsbridge. Mostly sitting around on a night shift watching the house and cars. Knightsbridge is full of old bmws and mercs just sat there rotting away never moved. Mot check tells only a phew thousand miles for 15+ year old classics.
Thinking to make some cars for cash WBAC flyers and sticking then on anything interesting.... but not sure how successful it will be as everything is going digital
oooh who is he? The anticipation is killing me

can you call me about it? this is too-impersonal for my liking mate(s)
yes it will show the mobile number unfortunately - time to start looking like a chatsworth druggy
basically whatsapp web is just a carbon copy of whatsapp that you have on your phone.
to access it, type whatsapp web into google, then open whatsapp on your phone, go to settings, then, whatsapp web/desktop, then scan QR code, point it at the QR code on the whatsapp web website, and the laptop website then just mirrors what you see on your phone, it just makes typing and image video sharing so much quicker and easier than squinting and tapping your phone

Hey NOA,
I use it on my website, and it routes through to my (one and only) mobile. It's great, customers have enquiried via whatsapp as their first contact and left a deposit after I've given bank details, probably happened on more than a few occasions from memory, I think we should cater for however they want to converse, annoying I know, but sign of the times.
I would get a new work mobile number and use whatsapp for your website that way if you really want that separation.
and yes, you can use whatsapp on your computer and chat just like an email, it's called whatsapp web and its brilliant.
Call me if you want to run anything else past me.

Hi Kieran,
Great opening post, quite refreshing considering some of the recent one post wonders that have sought advice and disappered in to the night.
Someone will be along soon to recommend an insurance broker who may be able to help get you an under 25 policy, unsure on the dad-element.
Responsibilities, yes, you need to read up on/google/learn understand, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 like the back of your hand, but also take note that it differs slightly for the sale of used cars, versus, say, a TV. Probably worth calling a motortrade focused law firm like Lawgistics to have an initial free chat for 15 mins, I'd probably look at signing up to their help for 12 months, and do that, mechanically prepare the cars properly, MOT'ing, rather than say, spend money on warranties.
All the best!

quoting 'doesnt matter as it wasnt written on the invoice' and 'exposing you to the media' sounds like he's caught wind of this thread, have it deleted ASAP

the OP suggests it has no VAT purely because it’s a Cat D.

not on invoice? better ready yourself for a full refund, or be prepared to have your pants pulled in court.
oh, and hi, whats your stock profile like? how long have you been trading etc?

Yes they do pay commission but you need to get your customer to follow a dedicated URL that you get given from Zuto.
i did two deals, told customer to use Zuto because they were sub prime, forgot both times to give them the dedicated link! School boy.
that said, both deals were easy as pie
