Cornish Guy 45 Posted September 21, 2015 Shrinks even more when you factor in a warranty cost.Of course then you are able to thrown in mats, road fund and a free tank of fuel.
GreenGiant 287 Posted September 21, 2015 I could be pedantic Phil old boy, and say that it is only the first £1000 that you keep just over £400, but in essence you are correct. And it is for this reason alone that there are so many street corner/layby traders knocking out poorly-prepped bangers. No VAT, no warranty, no comebacks, no accountability. If the auction co's insisted on a VAT reg no before all 'traders' could buy cars, the playing field would start to be levelled for the rest of us. Phil H 124 Posted September 21, 2015 GG I thought we'ed established my limited vocabulary before so kindly refrain from using words i don't understand . You and I both know that the mainstream auctions would never insist on traders being vat registered before buying as this would cost them a fortune. On a separate note when I had my most recent meeting with my data supplier for my new concept your name came into the conversation and they described you a as legend. Is this true?
