EPV 631 Posted August 24, 2018 I'm going to look at a spot of hardstanding tomorrow that a bloke wants £800pm inc for, its 3,200sq ft and has a portakabin. There's also a workshop that will take 3/4 cars and he wants £700pm inc for that. If you start earlier, finish later and work harder it will work. Outwork others making smart decisions learning from the mistakes and you will do well. You seem very hungry for it I reckon you will do very well for what its worth. Having everything in house, or at least the ability to grow to doing everything in house keeps costs low and increases speed of prep which gives a big advantage.
