Heart warming indeed and I'm sure many of us have (and would) do similar things when we can. But maybe not get so lucky with the PR afterwards.

 

 

...not sure the original quote for £600 to repair a bumper scuff was quite so cardiologically toasty though, but we'll just skip that bit.
