cars coming into stock this last 5 years + have steadily declined in quality,it used to be basic things like tyres and blowy exhausts ,now its engine management lights no pads on the metal discs that were advised 2 years ago and the interiors are pig styes (sorry pigs i know you are clean) so taking all that into account and knowing traders wont spend a penny unless they really have to there is no way i would take on someone elses cast offs

just saying.................

+1, this summarises precisely how things are today.

It’s funny though that the same people who abuse these cars are the same people who are as fussy as fuck when buying & able to point out every mark & scratch.

I guess it depends on your terms, we have a fixed purchase price, we prep and warrant, pay on sale, it is a trade sale so as long as the price is right and you understand your risks it can work well, just don't try and split profits or repair costs, it won't work smoothly, some you will win and some you won't but averaging out, it is a a good way to fill a large site - Don't get involved with Joe public SOR tho' only trade to trade.

Your agreement needs to be fair so that you aren't "CRA" screwed if there are problems. I'm not sure if Lawgistics do an invoice for selling of "third party" vehicles.... You really need to know the legalities.

Thanks for the mention Arfur, we certainly do provide stationery for selling third party vehicles. It's our Sale or Return Pad and is available from ebay, amazon and our own online shop.Vehicle%20Sale%20or%20Return%20Agreement
