Not that you are allowed to drive it with a failed MOT as the car is now deemed unroadworthy, it's just interesting to see if that's why he's worded it like that. trade vet 702 Posted June 26, 2017 High Mr MG. - The seller is a dickhead,he thought he was being clever.You certainly can't advertise a lovely car etc,then sell it for spares or repair only (even if it was for £100).Firstly,ask the dealer for an explanation,then request a full refund,plus your expenses and tell them to collect it.
