Thanks for your opinion on our business our reputation is very important to us and we are proud to confirm that we will not be the cheapest in the area or country, we provide a professional, affordable solution to vehicle ownership and sell all our cars with a ... together with a ... and a .... (in our case full service, mot, warranty and if required cambelt change) we welcome any feedback good or bad but do ask that you have the courtesy to at least visit our premises, speak to staff and view our products before comment. Please always bear in mind that our vehicles are priced and prepared to the highest standard by professionals who have been in this business for some xx years, please consider carefully what you post negatively about companies as your comments without substance may well land you in trouble in the future... I would always suggest responding, particularly to muppets, people are viewing and making judgements about purchasing from companies based on their reviews more and more, a response from an owner goes along way towards reassuring those that see the negative to feel that the company has sympathy or compassion towards an a grievance and isn't afraid to confront a problem, equally it is nice to thank those that take the time to respond positively...not as necessary, but a nice gesture

How weird tho' that it's obviously a generic letter and all the company names are wrong!! never the less, the customer is responsible for taxing the car and when they turn round and say 'nah i'll do it when i get home' what the hell do dvla expect you to do!!! i am not the police, just an upstanding member of the motor trade...

Very much this. A mate of mine is (and I could probably back up if needed), one of the best auto sparks in the business, bordering on genius. Some kids pick up a golf club or kick a football, he picked up a multimeter. You would no believe how busy he is, how busy he could be and how many dealers would be fecked (including me) if he packed it all in. Anyway, nice to have another North Walian on the forum, especially after a such a good result yesterday

Wrexham, I would tone it down completely, take out the angry CAPS and show your professionalism. Belittle him politely BTW, I also completely agree with BHM.

What's not to get? If you owned a site with 50- 100 cars plus and you need to replace 10-20'at a time the costs of driving all over the place to save 10-20% arranging transport etc doesn't add up at. A lot of medium to large outlets make so much on finance the purchases cost of the car is no longer key.
