...when you see a car you sold 29 days ago that needed a new power steering unit before it went out turn up on the forecourt and it's too late to go hide, only for them to tell you they love it so much that they want to find a car for their mum to buy! ...buoyed by this confidence you see a focus you sold a few weeks back arrive and greet Mr Customer with a warm smile and handshake only to be told his gearbox is knackered, he's not very happy, and the warranty company aren't interested. Swings and bloody roundabouts

I set up a vehicle servicing business which had the words service & smart in the name. Mercedes GMBH sent a letter to us to change our use as it was their copyright etc but our solicitors sent one back telling them they can't copyright a word pertaining to something clever and we never heard back. I see mini (without a capital letter) the same. Using the word Ford, for example, I think you'll get told off for unless you maintain watery road ways

Had a few in p/ex and used to buy them when I could find them with sensible miles (sun 80k) cheap entry level 4x4s that always sell well, always kind to me. Keep to a sensible margin and you'll be fine!
