If it starts after a reboot it might be the gateway module behind the glovebox.
Paul Falcon Cars 3 Posted December 4, 2019 Cleared down codes yesterday, now got clean slate, will plug in tomorrow and see what comes up, you could be right, but didn't know there was a moduel behind glove box??
Scooby who 41 Posted December 4, 2019 Its a VAG, could literally be anything but have seen the instrument cluster to give trouble on these before. Get it to a proper Auto Electrician

Yes its not very big, they are not very expensive either on ebay for a new one. 11 hours ago, Scooby who said: Its a VAG, could literally be anything but have seen the instrument cluster to give trouble on these before. Get it to a proper Auto Electrician Yes instrument cluster wiring is more common, but without trouble codes its a difficult one.
