Checking if a car is in the trade

Recommended Posts

Just looked  on the DVLA road tax checker and you can no longer see if the car is in the trade (I.e  you can tax at the post office without a v5, using a V62)  any ideas where you can now check this?

Just call them at DVLA, they are happy to tell you if it's in the trade.

** Update**

The DVLA have confirmed they are trying to out  the trade checking feature back on, this is due to the high calls they are now getting  from the Motor trade to check if the car is in the trade.
