My Vauxhall dealer tells me this is all down to cheap EBay resistor packs and Vauxhall have tried to go way and above their duty of care. Now, they are finding those packs are taking looms and fuseboxes with them and have made a rod for their own backs. Afterall, when they were new this wasn't news? I think they have always took a bit of the wiring loom with them, on Corsas as well and to be honest on other makes too.
