Ageas insurance MID app?

Hi all finally got some insurance with Ageas.

Their mid updates seem to be via their website.

Tried inputting the login details to the easy mid app but says policy number incorrect. 

I would prefer the app than the website. 

Anyone else experienced something similar or have any experience with Ageas?

Yes I am with them but use midportal.org.uk  directly. I have a set of login details: username, password, DA code and passphrase and it works well.

Agreed, avoid apps were possible... too much "data collection" with some of them..

DA code is this the policy number?

Passphrase how did you set this?

Sorry to be a pain but when I use Ageas' own site it doesnt ask for these so am wondering how do you set these?

Call Lisa Cowley on 0117 9058869, this is the helpdesk that deals with it. It’s always been her that I talked to so I assume it is a very small helpdesk.

Called that number and auto voicemail said number no longer in use and gave 0117 945 2954

And when i rang that number they said they dont deal with Ageas but Avista.

So your secretary has done a runner

It is Arista. This was the name of my insurer until last year when they were bought out by Ageas. Still says Arista on my Certificate.
