ive not seen this before ? might help those that offer a follow up service for yearly mot and servicing

ive stopped offering again because customers turn up when they want and expect us to drop everything else even though they had been booked in hours before

I spotted it last week and added it to the list of things to try and remember to do at handover.

As we are just sales and don't carry out repairs it should work well for us... well, here's hoping!

We do send reminders from our workshop but this is a great one too ! the reminder will be sent it says 29 days before its due so still the same - you get 13 months !

If you add your customers on - they still need to click the email when they get it to activate the reminder.

I feel this is a really good tool.

Saw a car we sold about 15 months ago drive past today and couldn't resist running it through Glass's (i'm not alone in doing that right?) and then did a MOT check to see how it fared at its last one...

 

...quick phone call to the customer 1 minute later.

'Hi Mr Customer, just a quick courtesy call...you know you haven't had a valid MOT since February right?'

The date they're mentioning is the anniversary date.
