New magazine feature for New Dealers - and eventual bookazine

So many people join this forum and ask questions as dealers who are just starting out, that I've decided to cater for these new dealers with a regular series of features offering help and advice in Car Dealer Magazine.

When we've completed the series, I intend to turn it into a bookazine to offer to new dealers so they can get all the advice they've been asking for in this forum. And perhaps it'll give you lot a rest...

So my reason for posting is this: If you were going to write a book like this what would the chapters be titled? 

And before you start with the 'Don't Bother', 'Go And Work At McDonald's' etc ideas, I'm looking to be helpful here...
