A Customer came calmly walking in to our office today despite signs everywhere and a cone in front of our door aswell saying no entry, saying im ok i have had my jab.Your signs do not apply to me.I sometimes wonder how selfish customers can be but that says it all.None of us have had a jab yet.

I have copied the email that we received for a car that is advertised very competitively at £18995...........................I might die of coronavirus yet, it's a punt, but £15,000 cash is my offer, snap it up as the deal might not be on the table long in these uncertain times.SICK REALLY SICK THEN THIS CLOWN JUST BRINGS OUT THE BEST IN PEOPLE

First customer today told us to take their phone number and when we get desperate give them a call and take their money for a car that they want to buy.So So Sad.

No point taken but if enough of us moan then they will have to,they are as far as i can see the only people that we pay who in return fight against us every step of the way.

I Think by now we are all sick of autotraders latest miracle idea to show high price indicators on the decent low mileage/low ownership/full service history cars [all they can value is reg number and mileage] not 1 years mot/service professional valet/colour and after care and are glorifying kirbside motors .com who buy crap multi owner no history rubbish and can work on a lot less margin than us decent dealers. Please all email autotrader/ring autotrader/hassle your rep and maybe they will start to listen to the decent traders that have like me supported them for 20+ years and wake up to the decent traders who rely on selling cars for a living and not pocket money.

Autotrader price indicators.Want a way to get rid of them till they sort the mess out.Remove the mileage from the mileage box and either put 1 or 0 then in the attention grabber put the mileage the car has done.Price indicators gone.If you don't upload your adverts directly to dealer portal then you will need to put 1 mile and then the mileage in the subtitle/extra info box.Autotrader have wreaked havoc doing this and until they sort out how to value a car thats one owner/full service history/lovely condition to a pile of scrap being sold by a kirbside trader with no back up after sale they should remove the price indicators and have a re-think.

Dealer Auction/Auto Trader More Greed. If you are like us renewed our dealer auction subscription £99+Vat and clearly have an invoice stating Subscription from 30/11/2019 - 30/11/2020 we then get an email saying the fees have gone up lol we have paid [from renewal i can understand] and have a receipt stating the same.AND ALL OF THIS FOR A SUB STANDARD COMPLICATED SYSTEM COMPARED TO THE DEALER AUCTION ORIGINAL THAT WAS BRILLIANT COMPARED.Surely this amounts to breach of contract and we should all fight them to our respective renewal dates.

This time we all have to make a stand against autotrader/they tell us what we can buy a car for which we cant/what we can sell it for which we cant/so us decent dealers who include 1 years mot/service/cambelt kit/water pump etc decent warranty proper professional valet and after sales backup are being penalised in favour of kerbside motors.com who can sell a car cheaper than us with faults no new mot service valet warranty so they are made to look glorious on autotrader with their price indicators and us decent dealers are being made to look stupid. Its about time autotrader woke up and realised that this is totally wrong or maybe they want to represent kerbside autos and not the good dealers that have been with them for years in my case over 20 years maybe its just about the revenue but that will be short lived.AUTOTRADER WAKE UP AND REPRESENT YOUR DECENT DEALERS NOT THE SCUM Report post Posted just now This time we all have to make a stand against autotrader/they tell us what we can buy a car for which we cant/what we can sell it for which we cant/so us decent dealers who include 1 years mot/service/cambelt kit/water pump etc decent warranty proper professional valet and after sales backup are being penalised in favour of kerbside motors.com who can sell a car cheaper than us with faults no new mot service valet warranty so they are made to look glorious on autotrader with their price indicators and us decent dealers are being made to look stupid. Its about time autotrader woke up and realised that this is totally wrong or maybe they want to represent kerbside autos and not the good dealers that have been with them for years in my case over 20 years maybe its just about the revenue but that will be short lived.AUTOTRADER WAKE UP AND REPRESENT YOUR DECENT DEALERS NOT THE SCUM

Are you fed up with autotrder's new valuation markers, they have clearly got the prices wrong, they tell us what we can buy a car for, that would be nice to be able to buy for what they say,if so they can be removed by simply putting 0 in the mileage box and putting the mileage in the attention grabber,it works no more high price indicators, fed up with autotraders "we run your business attitude yet we pay them" disgruntled with autotraders attitude towards us dealers.
