    Agree... Big difference between, warrranted, unwarranted and incorrect. If you've sufficent information to confirm mileage is incorrect, then you should be able to return the car... they vendor cannot hide behind the car being sold unwarranted

    Best to get legal advice before scrapping as the dealer could argue they've not had a chance to inspect/fix the issue... good luck
