  1. My second car was a MKI Cavalier. Over the 18 months I owned it I basically replaced most of the items under the bonnet with the only exceptions of engine block, rad & front axle! It got so bad, when I was leaving the girlfriends place I'd let her neighbours know so they could help me bump it! Never have seen someone always looking for a slope to park on. Positive news, I'm really good a bumping cars!
  2. Great discussion and a similar point of view seems to be carried through, which is depends on the environment. Its not a one size fits all. When we started there were 3 of us, there was no real division. As the company has grown a degree of structure was introduced at certain levels of growth. I've slowly attended less and less of the social events, but encouraging team effort. I refuse to sit in one of the offices, but camp out on the floor to keep an ear on all goings on. I have the meeting rooms when private discussions or calls need to be made. At our current stage this works well. Unfortunately I end up more often than not eating my lunch at my desk which is a bad habit. Again I can keep an eye on things ensure we are staffed sufficiently to handle the calls. No doubt more changes will happen again if we meet the planned growth for 2014. Would be great to look at this post in 12 months time to see what did take place and if any changes were made.
  3. Just a small comment on Word Press, its easy to use and allows you to change the look very quickly however it is Open Source meaning any person can get their hands on the original code and will find holes in the system allowing your site to be prone to be hacked. We have a content managed one meaning one of our staff can go on it and change wordings or post blogs. The problem is ours isn't optimised for smart devices yet (its the current background project) but it is high priority. Content for search engines like Google is critical to be found so keep it high (Like Simon Said above) Also not being optimised will penalise you (hence why the high priority project!) Hope this helps
  4. Makes sense to me Umesh People only have to post what they feel comfortable posting so shouldn't compromise anything
