Do all log books loans come up on HPI report?

That was me lol a year ago

ive eventually just sold one 8% discount ish and on market 3 months, one down street last year sold in 3 days and for almost same money, mines refurbed re wired plumbed, basically a new house apart from bricks. Just wanted rid of the thing at the end. Times are getting hard all around by the looks of it

Its all retail at the minute, my retail business is 30% down roughly this and last month and that's against the last 6 years Also houses aren't selling agents around me are 25/30% down on sales against last few years, same with rentals they are sticking and ive got 2 that usually rent in weeks coming up 6 and 7 weeks

Business rates have all change where I am and people in town centres like stockton high street are paying no rates as opposed to a year ago 10/12k massive difference and is working in bringing more smalle independent shops to towns

Probably to do with my inability to buy the right cars aswell, eos was me worst ever now know why you stay away from the vw badge

Wish housing market was on fire here sitting with 1 for sale and another to go on market. Would have expected first one to sell in weeks, agent even said we wont worry about a board yet lol

I have to agree I cant give a car away over 4k from door, maybe even 3K

Yet 4.4 rating on auto trader hmmm some nice motors tho lol

If it needs 500 paint prep then the vat mans bit and advertising fees etc there’s not much left for a trader? Just my penneth worth but I’m defiantly still learning and new Looks nice got to be worth retailing
