Best be up to date with Scotland restrictions for this, my friend trade plates cars / vans for one way car van  hire companies all over, on thursday, he was refused entry into wales, he tried to convince them the next hirer was nhs, which didn't go down well

That seems strange, as you can travel into and out of Wales for work.
