question [ if possible ]

re = rent holiday commercial premises, is there available a "template letter" that can be forwarded to landlords asking for assistance.

Very good but that lady called the period where we could defer rent as a holiday,its not is just a hold back period

Great once again James I really wish forum members would take the time out of their busy schedules to watch them

It's keeping me busy and the business (sort of) alive at the moment. We're feeling the pain as much as everyone else but trying to all I can to keep the information flowing

Whilst its nice to see the letter  thank you lawgistics   

I'm going to see what the chancellor is offering in his speech Friday and I will on what's further offered write a letter to my landlord and ask him in these trying times to consider that as I am forced to close and thus not earn anything he would consider during the shutdown a 50% reduction in rents,.
