CPM 0 Posted November 9, 2018 I’m currently using an A4 pad for invoices which I had made when I first started. I want an online invoice system that’s all set out with logo ect so all I have to do is fill it out and use eclick. Don’t want to use word and wouldn’t know how to do it my self. Can anyone recommend something?
EPV 631 Posted November 9, 2018 Doesn’t your website have some sort of back end dealer management system?

Yes you can but you specifically asked for online invoicing system with some automation. On Excel you can have all your company details but the details for each vehicle will need to be entered manually.

They only have a few templates which I don’t like. Think I’ll be better off paying someone to do it for me
RJEauto 18 Posted November 12, 2018 We're currently using a trial of Xero, works good so far. It's cloud based too ready for next year's tax changes and it can pretty much do your VAT return for you
