Are BCA Trying to get Involved in the classified website market

Our industry is changing in so many ways but as a lot of you will probably agree not all of the changes are for the better. 

One of the changes that are currently affecting us all in many ways is how the big boys are just getting bigger and want to have a finger in every pie, sorry it seems that they want their whole hand in and all of the pie to themselves.

Now I've discovered this today and from the evidence it looks like BCA are trying to get involved in the classified market now.

now I could be putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5 but seems strange to me that the registered office is the same as BCA's with the same directors.

What sum is everybody else getting?

It looks like it was a hangover from the UK Car Group deal who were, I believe, the WMAC owners. But that's just my thought.

that's what I thought at first James but if you look at the dates of the appointment of the directors the McKee brothers have been directors since 2007 but the others where all appointed in 2015 one of them being the head honcho of bca.
