Knackered Subaru Legacy estate 2.5i, 140k, drinks as much oil as it does petrol, but I can throw anything in the back including wheels, gearboxes, dogs, children etc and not give a hoot!

Glad to hear you got it sorted Dave! My next point of call would have been clogged fuel filter if it's been running on supermarket fuel all its life.

Annoyingly it's been deleted! I saved it as well as some of the remarks were cracking! Worthy of a Sun newspaper headline!

Its all very well having a laugh and mocking the car, the photo, the place, the impression the add gives, but not the Lady, she only posed for a picture.
Blimey, if you thought we were a bad lot on here you should have seen the comments on the original facebook post!

Your pictures are always the best I have ever seen anywhere.
Personally, your write up bores me. Because of AT’s lack of formatting it just looks like a mass of specs all clumped together in sentences which IMO should be paragraphed.
Your videos are poor but only because there is no narrative. I hate mine too but mainly because I don’t like my own voice and I do have a slight Midlands/Black Country accent (others will think it is strong but it isn’t).
That said, I genuinely hold you in the highest regard - I think your work ethic is second to none and if you’re not a millionaire already you soon will be. I have never heard anyone talk so much sense, analyse data, exploit every opportunity quite as much as you. I am not sure if that is your culture or whether you feel you need to work harder than the next person who was born and raised in the UK or whether you’re just a sound businessman but you should be very, very proud of yourself.
Sorry if I was blunt.
I wish I could combine AD’s friendly, approachable persona, Mickeys voice/video and your business acumen - that would be a winning combination.
I tried to create (this is a first draft, I will brush my hair and smarten up/change camera angle for the final) a similar intro to AD
Great video Mark! Looks top notch and the voice work sounds perfectly fine to me!

He now has to repay the VAT when he sells the truck so if he sells it to you for £4400 he has to pay back £733 of VAT inclusive in that price. It is exactly the same if he sells it to himself personally. It is depreciated very heavily I presume so his VAT liability will not be huge but he needs to keep a proper paper trail.
Great thanks Nick, his company is VAT registered, if he gifted it to himself, and then sold it to me, would that be allowed or a bit naughty?

Dreadful first two/three weeks of Feb, but last seven days was night and day.

Thankyou Noacross!

Evening all, bit of an odd one,
My brother has a truck (Ford ranger, 2014, 40K) that's in his companies name (bought second hand from ford commercial), he's just put a deposit down on a new ranger raptor (jammy git) and wants to shift his truck, he's asked if I want to sell it but I'm not sure I can because I'm not VAT registered with the whole commercial VAT on the truck and the fact its a company truck.
How would he go about selling it? Does he have to pay the VAT on the value when sold or can he transfer it into his own name?

That looks quite fancy, I use one like this, I can't find the actual branded product but you get the idea https://goo.gl/images/cfkvEW
They are very fiddly, there isn't an easy product that I can think of that's super easy to use

Get yourself a 3 axis gimbal and learn how to set it up & use it properly, they're not easy to balance but once they are, they're great bits of kit.
They can be quite expensive, but they really help with smoothing everything out.

Hi Row I'm based near Peterborough but only have a basic £20 reader so don't think I can be of much help, I do know a couple of good garages around here if that helps?

Afternoon all,
Can someone recommend a decent tool to get rid of dog hair? I've tried the usual rubber glove and hoover but it's taken me 2 hours and there's still some left over!

Wow that's a bloody good idea! But I think it's cheating, they're basically getting them to play a lottery to leave a review, and why wouldn't you? It's a chance to win free money!
