Id paint the floor, far cheaper and easier
You cant just roll out vinyl, even if it is commercial grade and leave it, its got to be fully stuck to the floor. Also floor may need prep work to get it flat and smooth enough.

Pick up was Nissan navara and van was transit had fuel pump done and flew out think was lucky as who bought it needed it for work and guess didn't have much choice
So guess its not as good as I was hoping then in general just hit lucky

Depends on your circumstances really but with 30k only way is at home or small unit and they aren’t easy to find at decent price
nearest I can find is 500 s month and only 1000 sq ft not many landlords want car trades in their sites
if u get 2000 unit by time you find cars to fill it pay insurance rent etc you will run out of money before you make anything

Does anyone retail vans or commercial vehicles had a van this week that sold within the day and had a pick up 4/5 weeks ago that was the same. Thinking this may be the niche that I need in my area

Yeah always going to Issuesnd rewire if they do all wrk they wilwsnt to set up on own so back to drawing board

No idea but got one getting a new fuel pump and other in for a service n valet this week

had discussions with landlord and they are ok with it, also looked at others that up for sale, premature I know but a possibility don’t want to rent long term
tried from house and it’s hard think from a unit is best way, looking to do it with someone as I know I haven’t got the time at present to do it on my own
no one seems to like car trade, got to admit like everyone’s said it’s probably one of the hardest trades to make a living as the variance in skills required is mind boggling, but I want to give it a proper go and if I can’t make it work il hold hands up and have to stop

You cant get into any radio setting from ecu ring auto electrician sure its something simple for them

Mate had the same issue on 53 plate I think it was, after changing unit had to take it to auto electrician who linked them if that makes sense don't think he paid much to get it done
