Thing is, James, what we're really trying to do is find a loophole to enable us to run a few cars for the benefit of the business, without reducing their value by adding keepers to the V5s. So we're chucking around a few theories and ideas about how that might happen. What we don't want is some bod from the DVLA clocking on and slamming a door that might be a tiny bit open.

Good Monday. Have you seen the Motab quiz that they are doing on the run up to Christmas? I am stuck and it is only question 1. How many cars were bought on Christmas Day last year from motability ? a) 17 345 c) 75 I think it is either a. because Dealers celebrate Christmas with their families and not motab. Then I thought that it could be b. as there are plenty of Dealers that do not celebrate Christmas so would still actively buy. Thanks, there is a £150 red letter experience day at stake here !!!!!!!!!

Lots of customers just don't get the difference between retail and trade. WBAC values are very clever though. No fixed relationship to guide values and just tempting enough to get customers to turn up when selling. Not had a customer use it to benchmark a retail price before though! Out of interest, what was book retail on the Golf?
