Since I set up my business in July I've been working hard to build a good reputation, and so far "touch wood" not a single car back under warranty and no unhappy customers! I've built up good relationships with other tradesman (mechanics, smart repairs e.t.c) but my dealer contact list is pretty empty to say the least. I really think the next step for my business is to build bridges with other dealers around the country for trading stock out and buying in, or simply passing on details of a vehicle we've been offered by a member of the public which aren't suitable for us. We generally sell cars from 2-4k with the odd 5k+ and under 10 years old, but as we don't offer finance yet these don't seem to move easily, the £500 p/x's on the other hand don't stick around for long.
