11 out of 12 and I have a viewing at the moment which was scheduled for SAT 30th but I moved it to today. If they buy I'll write it in the November figures so 12 out of 12. 

I actually have 15 in stock atm but two of them are not ready, not started prep, not advertised and one hasn't even arrived so it could be a be realistic 12 out of 12.

Bear in mind 12 out of 12 doesn't mean I sold every car I bought that month. Far from it. I just sold 8 that were in stock, prepped and ready to sell and bought, prepped and delivered 4 to "waiting" customers. I used to hate finding cars for people but I am becoming better at it. Finance approved in advance, refundable deposit in advance and it's easier. 

I still have a car in stock since July which isn't ready, another since end of September which isn't ready and I just sold one that was in stock since May!
