Philip Nothard 26 Posted August 10, 2015 Noticed this, it would be interesting to see the analysis by dealer type and location? :-)

Ben at Glass's 2 Posted August 18, 2015 Hi. I work at Glass's and using our Live Retail Pricing data these are the average days to sell (from when a car is first advertised online to the date the advert is removed) from the last 13 months:Jul 2014 43.8Aug 2014 40.3Sep 2014 40.3Oct 2014 40.5Nov 2014 40.9Dec 2014 42.0Jan 2015 49.6Feb 2015 46.3Mar 2015 41.7Apr 2015 38.8May 2015 40.1Jun 2015 42.7Jul 2015 39.3Average days to sell: 42 daysThis is just 'days spent actively trying to sell a car', which might be why the days to sell are fewer than the AM poll. That or dealers are underestimating themselves! We can break this down by location - if people would be interested to see this we can get something done?
