Ocsltd 133 Posted July 25, 2018 Hi All, Appreciate I should really know this, but first time it's happened. I've sold a car to a lady from Belfast, she's coming over to collect the car in just over a week. Do I just fill out the new keeper details online like I would normally, and just use the Belfast address obviously. Or is it not quite that simple? And I'm assuming she will need to tax it normally in order to be able to drive it to the ferry port....? (Not sure if the tax system is the same over there). Presumably it would still be worth me supplying a brand new, advisory free MOT? I appreciate I should really know this, but we don't usually deal with type of thing... Assume the MOT & Tax rules are the same over there. I spoke to a local dealer who did one years ago, and seemed to recall havinf to hand over the full V5? But appreciate times have changed.
