D&M 66 Posted December 16, 2017 Evening All, We're on the hunt for a couple of car covers - we keep our cars indoors after valeting until viewing, and the cars get dusty whilst waiting for a new home as our storage unit isn't completely weathertight. We've had cheap ones before, and they are easy to tear and pretty naff.... Looking on eBay, they all look the same type. Does anyone here use car covers and can recommend a brand that is a good quality/price balance We don't want to buy cheap and keep throwing them away - but also don't want to buy pricey ones online to find they are cheap and nasty when they land on the doormat! Thanks in advance!
It's me 615 Posted December 16, 2017 If the car is staying put and noones about to turn up for a viewing i always use https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.XCAR+PAINTING+PLASTIC+SHEETING.TRS0&_nkw=CAR+PAINTING+PLASTIC+SHEETING&_sacat=0 ive also tried those ebay covers but they are brilliant at first but then they decompose and rip and defeat the purpose the plastic sheeting is good as its pennies and sticks to the car so car is still mint when unwrapped it doesn't let car breathe if its just wet valeted though
