It's regarding a PNC that won't go away because the new owner is playing games over the date of sale. It's the greatest story ever told. And the Dart Charge gang and NOT trade friendly! I can only assume that he is "playing games" over the exact sale date, perhaps he's "lost" or "doctored" his invoice? But, its been bouncing backwards and forwards.
