Dear forum friends I am delighted today to announce on the Car Dealer forum news of our ground breaking new initiative to enable the dealer community to join in an innovative new scheme and become a shareholder in our growing business. Attached is a PDF of a news article that will be appearing in next week’s edition of Car Dealer magazine but we wanted to share this exciting news with you early and offer you the opportunity to meet with us in early August where we can present this exciting new business model approach to you in person and for you to hear our plans and then decide if you would like to join this exciting scheme. In summary AutoVolo are offering a 20% stake in their business to 1000 Car Dealers § This is a 20% share of the overall AutoVolo business with shareholder benefits § Formation of a Dealer panel for quarterly meetings to discuss progress and provide input § An elected Dealer representative - to sit with the AutoVolo team on a regular basis to provide the input from the Dealer Panel with the AutoVolo management team By involving the dealers this way not only are we providing a platform to advertise their cars from but it is also a great opportunity to help to shape the future of this growing business and change the market dynamics. Plus in addition these founder members will also share in the future rewards that we all know are available, this represents a real partnership opportunity and not one to be missed! AutoVolo will set up a meeting at a Hotel in a central location sometime in early August to present the offer personally to the dealers to show exactly what the plans are and explain how the scheme will work to the benefit of all parties involved and demonstrate how working together success can be achieved.
