  1. GG You raise some very valid points! Alarm bells would always ring for me if someone on benefits 1)Wanted a £10k car 2)Wanted finance to pay for it 3)When refused credit could all of a sudden afford £10k while on benefits. This is not a sweeping statement about people claiming benefits in general but coupled with the sold 'unseen' factor and that they don't want the car in their name either, would spell trouble to me! Would suggest a nefarious lifestyle that you's probably do well to avoid but that is just an opinion.
  2. If it your stock vehicle you need to add it to the MID if you have it in your possession from more than 14 days. If it is a customer car which you are just moving about it should be covered under their insurance so would not need to be added to the MID.
  3. Phil, looks like you have yourself covered Tax-wise... Insurance, I've just had it confirmed, you'll probably be fine. As you are the business owner and the 'buyer' you can use any stock vehicle for personal use. Nice to know, a good working practice mate, saves hassle later too...
  4. It's not just the Tax you'll have problems with! If they aren't on the MID for 'personal use' you may just 'bump in to trouble' if you need to make a claim!
