BCA delivered my V5C via Parcelforce and the drivers sent it to a street away with my door number.... The resident said he has binned it !! Where do I stand now as I have had the wheels refurbed etc . Whos at fault. Bca in my eyes as I had an agreement with them not parcel force. Thanks

No problem, personally I used them a few years back they were good however I used to sell new land rovers and porsches, etc so not sure on payout. However family are in trade and used them they say they never pay up

So you recommend me to put some videos on then. From what ive seen many people do the outside of the vehicle make a cut then do the interior. Are videos available on autotrader PAYG.

What benefits would you say come with videos . Is it worth making a video or is it a waste of time.

ARFUR DEALEY- I have been a dealer for the past 15 years so I know the law... I had a short break and am coming back into the trading game. I used to use warranty wise but they have gone down the toilet recently. I am asking about which company. I am expecting to sell 5-6 a month whilst starting off again and then hopefully 10 which then ill be going to self funded.

Thanks for the reply. Honestly I thought there was a fee per vehicle e.g. like BCA. I signed up around 12 June just been charged now.

I signed up to dealer auction a few months back. Logged in a few days ago and bid on one car which I was outbid immediately then left it for abit. Just been charge a £118 subscription fee I didn't know about when I signed up. Do you think they'll refund me? Or have I lost my money.

I do know this under consumer law. I never asked anything of the kind to be honest mate.

What warranty company would you recommend? Im currently considering AutoGuard, auto protect and centurion warranties. Should I do self funded or leave it all to the warranty company? Thanks

Came on fitted a new sensor removed the light with the diagnostic tablet. Come back on again a few weeks after. Any one know whats up or what to do?

Ive had a Porsche Cayenne 2014 in for at least 4 months now. Somewhat high miles at 80000 but its a clean car with full history. Had the odd call and a guy from Cyprus left a deposit but has been asking us to hold on for 3 weeks now without payment, he has no said Tuesday/Wednesday. If he doesn't turn up in the next few days what do you recommend to do listing wise? as it was up for 26950 should I reduce or change pictures or re upload the same ones?

Do you guys think auto trader has gone quite expensive now it didn't used to be this bad and all of a sudden it's sometimes 2k per month. If we all stood together and went on hold do you think they'd reduce there prices ?
