  2. Have you tried looking at People Per Hour, it is a cheap easy way to outsource this type of thing. Wordpress CMS is a bit tricky to get your head around at first, but once you do, it is definitely the easiest way to keep the website up to date.

One thing I do know is that it is so important to have the right level of cover for your business, so, I agree it is probably best to speak to a specialist broker for your insurance.
