    www.taxdisc.directgov.uk Go to the site above Chose 'Vehicle Enquiry' on the left hand side of the page Enter the vehicle reg and make It will then show if the vehicle can be taxed at a Post Office without the V5 If it can you will need a V62 and it will cost an extra £25 Hope that helps

    Personally I think its impossible to check every stamp in every service history, we'd spend more time on the phone than actually selling cars! I think we should all have enough experience to get the 'feeling' if a car or history isnt quite right and have enough knowledge of how to take appropriate action where necessary.
