solo car sales 0 Posted February 28, 2016 Good morning everyone, I am looking to write my own standard operating procedure for our team. I was wondering does anyone have access to a copy of one from anywhere else or have any ideas to help me create a good car specific one? I know BMW and other deals like this all have there own & I thought surely someone on here must have one I can have a browse through... We only have a team of 8 people but possibly looking at expanding soon and I need to make sure I have all the correct tools in place ready! Any help would be appreciated.
