jace 1 Posted May 4, 2019 Just had my first run in with BCA since the new assured report and terms/ conditions were changed early this year. Has anyone actually managed to make a successful claim since the changes ? When you study the terms and conditions it looks practically impossible to do so I had a BCA staff member explain the definition of most of the checks and I was amazed at the ambiguity and lack of fairness Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
