Chimpy 0 Posted October 30, 2018 Hello everyone, I bought a sumup card reader after being advised by a guy in the know , I didn't think we'd be using it a lot but this evening I had 2 customers wanting to pay by card, the first, just under £5k went through, the second £2.5k was declined. I rang their support who had no authority whatsoever to authorise the transaction , I'll probably be able to sort it tomorrow, haha. Meanwhile which card readers do you use?
