    Hi just been reading articles on display and use of trade plates, I've just been stopped an hour ago with my trade plates fixed over the top of the vehicles n plates. Been told it's illegal to cover the original plates. I was told the rules had changed and you had to cover the original plates so only one number was showing. ?. Anyone clarify this. Please.
