    Help I think I've been had as I've just bought a car but I've just found out that the green v5c/2 is from 2owners ago n I'm proper stuck so when I put my details in to get it taxed it says invalid 12 digit doc ref number please help please what I can do as seller is blanking me n he lives miles away please someone help me
