    Customer wants to return car after 11 days, independent report states fault would have been present prior to purchase, the customer has video evidence of diesel knocking, over reviving etc it's a ford kuga 2015 Can I ask them to get a diagnostic report via the warranty legally ? They want to return and have no interest in having it fixed
