    Interesting article and as a supplier of charge points do agree with the comment. However - the Department of Transport is launching a major 12 month national press, tv, radio awareness campaing for Ultra Low Emission Vehicles called GO ULTRA LOW next month (January) - this initiative will cover awareness, cost savings and effectiveness.
