Hello everyone ive brought a car off a trader freind and few weeks (22 days) after buying it the dmf shattered and took out the gearbox do I still have consumer rights? I’m at a loss as the car was originally ment for my personal use but had to fill in trader side on v5 ive asked the other trader if he can help towards the bill and he told me go fu*k myself any help would be great cheers
