    You have to fill in a forum online at (https://key-worker.dvla.gov.uk) and they usually call you the next day with private caller ID and are able to issue road tax even if the car has a owner against it, however their still processing march applications apparently so it will take a while.

    honestly worth watching, not seen any of his other videos except one and i understand he works with his brother [ one of five] his dad does the retail selling, he does the buying, does not like selling, he says he has no stocking loans, and it seems, make your own mind up his auction cars are other dealers part exchanges, watch, enjoy, comment :)

    Hi, I recently received an email from the DVLA stating that their currently not processing paper applications and are short staffed and are prioritising the Key workers, if you have the v5c green slip you could maybe sell the vehicle to someone and fill their details in online on the DVLAs website? Write a receipt with the time and date and stating that you’ve done the v5 online? 

    This may help you sell the car quicker?

    I use:

    VehicleSmart - for checking MOTs, recalls etc can do free MID checks and HPI checks too

    Totalcarcheck - does the same as above with more details on spec of vehicle

    CarValue - cheap valuation app. I wouldn't buy based on prices but for 10-20p a pop its handy to show to a customer to give them a reality check about their 15 year old Mondeos px value

    Snapseed - free photo editing app, handy for making gloomy pics more attractive
